cellPHONES at the bEACH

I went to the beach yesterday.

It was crazy beautiful, what with the palm trees a swayin’ and the sun a sparklin’ and the waves a crashin’ and the birds a flyin’ and the monkeys a howlin’ and the peoples a starin’ at their cellphones…

Er, back it up!!!

People doin’ what???

I mighta seen a thousand crabs a scurryin’ and a thousand more little fishes a glidin’ along and a host of other gorgeous creatures of creation frolickin’ in the stunning beauty on the Caribbean coastline. But perhaps, or at least it seemed like it, there were more cellphones than anything else. And they damn sure seemed to be the most alluring ‘creatures’ around.

Life is a callin’ us folks.

The beauty is all around us, but we keep looking down.

Look up. And look in. And feel the Truth merge into the scene.

Its possible.

But not if we keep a starin’ at them things.
